RFQs are confidential
Every request for quotation submitted to our company is assigned an internal part number and attached to our own drawing. There is nothing on an RFQ sent to a manufacturing plant that divulges the name of our customer. There will not be dozens of companies calling to follow up or asking questions about each RFQ. Any questions in the quote process are consolidated though our customer support team and forwarded in groups to the customer.

The facilities who quote your requirements are experts
Our engineering staff evaluates each quote and matches it with facilities that have strengths in that exact product or service. Our database matches up to 150 different technologies and geographic locations to insure that every quote is a best fit for the customer and the manufacturing plant.

With manufacturing facilities all over the world and overlapping capabilities, we always have the capacity to handle any job. We can be your first and second source by approving multiple facilities and first articles.

Import without headaches
Most of our quotes are FOB IL.  We handle duties and shipping charges into the US.  This eliminates potential headaches, especially for those customers who are new to importing or have lower volumes.  We have agreed upon contract pricing from several inbound freight suppliers to ensure excellent landed costs.

We respond quickly and accurately
Our network understands the need for timely responses on quote requests.  They are rated on it every quarter for performance right along with on-time delivery and quality.  We can meet most any quote deadline and still provide an accurate and competitive quote.
